1. Strength & Movement – Built for Real Life and Longevity

Your training sessions are delivered where it’s most practical – home, villa gym, building gym or approved locations in Dubai. 

We focus on:
  • Strength as a foundation for longevity, joint health and injury prevention
  • Progressive overload calibrated to your starting point and recovery capacity
  • Joint-friendly movement patterns tailored to your body and environment
  • Session structure that respects your nervous system and daily energy
You don’t have to be an athlete. You need a plan that makes you stronger, more capable and more at home in your body.

2. Cardio & VO₂max – Heart, Lungs and Long-Term Health

VO₂max is one of the strongest indicators we have for cardiovascular fitness and long-term health

To support this, we integrate cardiovascular work in ways that are realistic for your life, for example:
  • Dedicated cardio sessions you can do on your own with clear guidance
  • Higher-intensity intervals integrated into selected strength sessions
  • Low-intensity steady-state work to support recovery and fat metabolism
The goal is a balanced structure that improves both strength and cardiovascular fitness over time.

3. DNA-Based Nutrition & Supplementation

We don’t guess how your body handles food – we test it

At the start of your 12 weeks, we collect a DNA-based nutrition test using a simple sample (usually saliva, sometimes a small blood sample depending on the panel). A licensed nutrition professional interprets your results together with your lifestyle and goals.

We look at markers that can influence things like:
  • How you process carbohydrates and fats
  • Tendencies toward certain nutrient deficiencies
  • Appetite, satiety and blood sugar tendencies
  • Factors that may make weight management easier or harder over time
From this, you receive:
  • A nutrition blueprint that fits your preferences, culture and schedule
  • Guidelines that support your training blocks, recovery and daily energy
  • Recommendations for targeted supplementation where it genuinely adds value
Your DNA is not your destiny. It’s a smarter starting point that lets us work with how your body is wired, instead of fighting against it.

4. Wearable Data & Lifestyle Integration

Your DNA tells us how your body tends to work.

Your daily data shows us how it’s working right now

If you already use WHOOP, Oura, Apple Watch, Garmin or a similar device, we integrate that data to understand:
  • Recovery trends over days and weeks
  • Sleep quantity and quality
  • Daily strain and training load
  • Heart rate and variability patterns
  • How stress and routine are impacting you in real life
If you don’t use a wearable yet, we provide a WHOOP strap for the first month at no extra cost, so we can capture a meaningful baseline together. 

We then adjust:
  • Training intensity and volume
  • Cardio structure
  • Recovery strategies
  • Daily habits and routines
around your reality – not an idealised schedule that only works on paper.

After Your 12 Weeks: Ongoing Support

Once you’ve completed the 12-Week FYSIQ Method, you can choose to continue with ongoing 1:1 training if you want to maintain and build on what you’ve achieved. 

Ongoing Support includes:
  • Continuation of minimum three 1:1 training sessions per week
  • Periodic reviews of strength, body composition, energy, sleep and stress
  • Adjustments to your training blocks over time so you keep progressing
  • The option to add further nutrition consultations or advanced lab testing if and when it makes sense (arranged and billed separately)
We don’t repeat the full DNA testing phase by default – we build on the foundation you’ve already created.

Ongoing Support is about sustainability and longevity: keeping your standards high without constantly “starting over”.

Advanced Optimisation (Optional)

For many clients, the combination of DNA-based nutrition, structured training, wearable data and smart supplementation already creates a powerful shift

Some, however, want to explore additional lab markers – especially around hormones, metabolism or gut health.

Through premium providers in Dubai, our partners can help arrange panels such as:
  • Hormonal profiles
  • Comprehensive metabolic panels
  • Gut microbiome analysis
  • Micronutrient and deficiency testing
These tests are arranged and billed directly by the provider and reviewed with you. Together, we decide how the findings should influence your nutrition, training focus and supplementation. Our role is to make the process seamless and translate results into clear, practical steps.
